  • What is TIZI?

    TIZI is the first Serbian money transfer Internet portal of Postal Savings Bank j.s.c. Belgrade for sending money from abroad to a receiver in the Republic of Serbia. Sending of money is carried out by debiting the receiver’s payment card. After debiting the receiver’s payment card, the funds will be available to the receiver in only several minutes in two ways: by direct cash payment to the receiver’s account held with the Postal Savings Bank j.s.c. Belgrade or by cash payment at the nearest counter of the Bank. The funds that are transferred will be paid out to the receiver only in RSD.

  • How does TIZI work?

    The service of sending money transfers via the Internet is a money transfer service exclusively from abroad to the Republic of Serbia.

    The service of sending money through the TIZI portal can be used by natural persons, users of Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay payment cards for online payments issued by foreign payment service providers.

  • How to send money?

    When sending money for the first time, you need to register, and then register your recipient. When sending a remittance, select the recipient to whom you are sending money, the desired currency and the amount of the remittance you are sending. You can track the status of the transaction in the list of transactions in your user account.

    The transfer of funds of one or more transactions in favour of the receiver is limited to EUR 5,000 (in RSD equivalent) on a monthly basis.

  • How to withdraw the money?

    After the money is paid, the Bank will inform the receiver by sending an SMS to the mobile phone number the receiver indicated in his/her registration on the TIZI portal. The Bank is obliged to enable the receiver to withdraw the funds until the end of the business day when the payment transaction was executed.

    If the receiver is the client of the Bank, the funds will be transferred to the current RSD account within several minutes. Other users may withdraw the funds credited through the TIZI Portal at any branch office of the Bank.

  • I didn't receive the security code after registration. What do I need to do?

    Please check if have you entered your email address correctly, if yes please check if the message from the TIZI system went to spam mailbox.

  • When is a money transaction considered to be completed and what appears on the TIZI Portal?

    The transaction is considered completed at the moment when the recipient receives the funds. Within the list of transactions, the status "paid to the account" will appear (if the recipient to whom you are sending money has an account opened at Postal Savings Bank) or the status "paid to the recipient" (if the recipient does not have an account account in the Postal Savings Bank, already withdrawing money in one of the branches of the Postal Savings Bank).

  • I sent the money to the recipient, but he/she did not receive the mentioned SMS message with the transfer identification number when withdrawing cash at the Bank counter?

    The Bank sends an SMS message with a transfer identification number only to recipients who do not have an account with Postal Savings Bank, but receive the payment of funds in branches of Postal Savings Bank.   • I forgot the password and the system shows me the message "Username or password is incorrect"?

    If you have not successfully completed the login process three times by entering the correct username and password, your account is temporarily locked. Please let us know by email tizi@posted.co.rs so that we can unblock your account.

  • I have successfully registered on the site, but when buying remittances I receive a message that the transaction was not successful or that it was not executed?

    You need to check with the bank that issued your payment card (VISA, Masteracard or UnionPay) if you have the opportunity to purchase remittances on the TIZI portal.

  • Which exchange rate is applied when the transaction is displayed in EUR,CHF,USD currencies?

    The average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia from the previous day is applied, which is of an informative nature and may differ minimally from the exchange rate applied in the financial transaction of the payment card used to make the payment.

  • Can I use again the same account when I register on the TIZI Portal for the first time?

    Yes, you can safely use your already given order that is remembered and that can be modified by you with new data with the help of the user name and one-time password.

  • How safe is the use of the TIZI Portal?

    The TIZI Portal operates according to the international safety standards and it holds certificates of international card organizations. As in other card transactions, the protection of the data on users and cards is according to the highest payment safety standards.

  • How much the sending of money to the Republic of Serbia through the TIZI Portal cost?

    The sender is obliged to pay a fee for the conducted money transfer service in accordance with the applicable Tariff of Fees of the Bank. The precise amount of the fee for sending money will be shown to the receiver when entering the amount for sending. The Bank shall collect the fee immediately after the sender has transferred the funds. The receciver shall have no charges.

  • I have an account with mts Bank, which is part of the Postal Savings Bank. Can I receive funds from abroad by purchasing remittances on the TIZI portal directly to my current account starting at 360?

    Remittance will be transferred directly to the account only to the recipients who have a current account with Postal Savings Bank that starts with 200. Recipients who do not have an account with Postal Savings Bank can withdraw funds at the counter of any branch of Postal Savings Bank.
